Guests and employees can utilize mobile devices to text a question to the kiosk/display or can orally ask a question to the kiosk/display. In both iterations, the answer to the question can be displayed via written text on the kiosk/display and audibly read out loud in real-time (with and without a live avatar). Additional functionality will be developed in the future to further enhance accessibility for guest interaction.
